Mandated reporters are healthcare providers, licensed or unlicensed social service providers for vulnerable adults, paid or unpaid caretakers, care custodians, the clergy, and other professionals in a position of trust who suspect elder or dependent adult abuse or neglect, including self-neglect.
Which also mean a daughter who is an a position of trust and who have had the education and have worked in Social Services such as myself and other family members. If anything shall happen to my mother Ms. Ana D. Molina Rodriguez and or myself Ms. Ana D. Freytes it will not be a coincidence as all I, Ms. Ana D. Molina Rodriguez and or Mrs. Raquel Freytes Toledo since November 2016 and or has happened such as; rape to silence their mouth and or the sabotage of housing privileges and or such as in my case the sabotage of employment opportunities and or death threats behind the scenes and or the compromising of my Social Security Number my personal bank account and or pin numbers is not a coincidence.

It is Illegal for any attorney to abuse his legal knowledge and power to intimidate family members of Ms. Ana D. Freytes to alter an investigation that began back in November 2016 for his and others personal gain and utilize falsification of documentations with ambiguous language by way of contacting former employers, current employers and/or former doctors or current doctors to alter the investigation against me, Ms. Ana D. Freytes and utilize my, Ms. Ana D. Freytes family to obtain their signatures through documentations with ambiguous language which means language that can be understood in more than one way that refers to two or more things simultaneously that lacks clarity and definiteness, or that is difficult to understand or of doubtful import with the only objective to alter the investigation against me, Ms. Ana D. Freytes and falsely accuse me, Ms. Ana D. Freytes of a crime, and/or domestic violance and/or mental illness to once again alter the investigation against me, Ms. Ana D. Freytes and continue to intimidate family members by way of threats and or intimidation or even by way of kidnapping rape or any activity within the streets of any city. Freytes due to an ongoing investigation that began back in November 2016 that utilizes intimidation of family, subordination, and threats as well as anything happens to my mother, father, sisters, and brother or any other family member within a doctor's appointment, dental appointment, podiatrist office with any falsification of any documentation and/or diagnosis or falsely accuse anyone within my family or I, Ms. Ana D. Freytes of any crime it is all done to alter the investigation against me, Ms. Ana D.
