Mandated Reporters for elderly people... who are they ?

Mandated reporters are healthcare providers, licensed or unlicensed social service providers for vulnerable adults, paid or unpaid caretakers, care custodians, the clergy, and other professionals in a position of trust who suspect elder or dependent adult abuse or neglect, including self-neglect.
Which also mean a daughter who is an a position of trust and who have had the education and have worked in Social Services such as myself and other family members. If anything shall happen to my mother Ms. Ana D. Molina Rodriguez and or myself Ms. Ana D. Freytes it will not be a coincidence as all I, Ms. Ana D. Freytes daughter in a position of trust am making all attempts to keep my elderly mother safe. submitted for legal action today 12/16/20.

Molina Rodriguez such as; medical falsification of illnesses and or placed in hospice out of a retallation action against me, Ms. Ana D. Freytes due to an ongoing investigation it will NOT BE A COINCIDENCE.

IN ADDITION: DRIVING RECORD IN GOOD STANDING DUE TO THE FACT THAT I MS. ANA D. FREYTES HAVE NOT A VEHICLE SINCE APPROXIMATELY JULY 2017. ANY FALSE DOCUMENTATION AND OR FALSE CITATIONS SUBMITTED BEYOND APPROXIMATELY JULY 2017 HAS BEEN FALSIFIED TO ALTER THE INVESTIGATION AGAINST ME, MS. ANA D. FREYTES.

The following serves as a legal statement that due to an ongoing investigation that is making all attempts to misrepresent me, Ms. Ana D. Freytes with employers and colleagues since November 2016 and still ongoing in 2020 and continuing in 2021 as well as death threats behind the scenes, sabotage of any volunteer work that I do and or through employment agencies if anything happens to my mother Ms. Ana D. Molina Rodriguez and or Mrs. Raquel Freytes Toledo since November 2016 and or has happened such as; rape to silence their mouth and or the sabotage of housing privileges and or such as in my case the sabotage of employment opportunities and or death threats behind the scenes and or the compromising of my Social Security Number my personal bank account and or pin numbers is not a coincidence.
